HOW TO ATTEND A SHOW

Welcome to OS | LA Productions. To begin getting your FREE TICKETS...

1. First, find a show that you would like to attend on the home page of our website. 
2. Then, create a profile that only our OS | LA Casting Directors will see during the selection process. No one outside of OS | LA Productions will ever see your account. 
3. Once your profile is created, click back on the show LOGO for the show you would like to attend, and click the "APPLY FREE TICKETS" button. The website will ask you how many tickets (up to 2 for free shows, and 1 for incentive shows), that you would like to request. 
4. Once your ticket request is submitted, the button will now say “TICKETS REQUESTED”. You are done applying for the show!
5. Now that you have requested tickets, OS | LA Casting Directors will then review your ticket request and profile. All shows are casted so some members, NOT ALL, will get their ticket request approved. Unfortunately, there are only so many people that can attend a show, due to capacity. If approved, you will receive an email and text alert that your ticket(s) were approved. We suggest checking your spam folder as well, 2-3 days before the show date, to see if you were selected! 
6. When you receive the email or text message saying you were approved, you must follow the link to go back into your account to ACCEPT your ticket(s). 
7. Click the “YES I’M IN” button to view your ticket(s) and all the show info! Most members with tickets will receive a confirmation text the day before the show to confirm their name on the guest list. That’s it! See you at the show.

GROUP TICKETS

On some shows, not all, we offer group tickets of 10 or more - depending on the size of the venue and the audience size. We DO NOT offer group tickets to any INCENTIVE SHOWS. If you have an organized group of 10 or more, please contact us and let us know what show/event you are interested in attending. Send a detailed email with your group’s information to tickets@OSLAproductions.com and someone will contact you and let you know if we can accommodate you. 

ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

OS | LA Productions is committed to providing equal access to all its members, and we strive to provide services and make modifications as necessary to ensure full and equal enjoyment for all members. However, OS | LA Productions only provides free ticketing and occasional onsite logistical support. OS | LA Productions does not operate any venues, or organize the shows. OS | LA Productions relies on the show organizer and the venues to provide accessible accommodations. If you or anyone in your party has special needs and requires assistance to attend the show, you must call us at least 48 hours before the taping. The availability of accessible seating cannot be guaranteed if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating exceeds the allotted number of seats.
